Hank Dyeing

Our hank dyeing equipment is able to offer capacity from 5 kilos to 1000 kilos (with coupled capacity for large carpet yarn units), and services the following markets:

Carpets
Yarn of 100% wool : wool/nylon : 100% nylon :  acrylic nylon

All the above are dyed in many size hanks up to 4 kilo Jumbos, and dyed for the Axminster and Hard twist markets.
Additional services of mothproofing, flameproofing, Scotchguard and Disperstat W are available. Rewinding of yarn onto 3°30 cones is done if required.

Hand-knitting/Hosiery yarns
Double stick dyeing machines are used to obtain high quality results on the dyeing of standard wool, superwash wool, acrylic nylon yarns and mohair for the above products, and the company has a strong reputation for quality in this field of operation.

Tapestry yarn
